Deniz Mina Küpana

Deniz Mina Küpana, who has been working in the field of technology and data protection law for many years, provides legal services to both domestic and foreign clients in the areas of e-commerce, IT, ethics, and compliance activities.

In addition to her role as an ethics and compliance manager, Küpana is also an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and she has managed the project and consultancy processes of many Turkish and international clients, especially those operating in fields such as software and mobile applications. Küpana actively focuses on creating ethical and regulatory compliance programs for e-marketplace platforms, payment, and electronic money institutions.

Mina, who is the founder of the European Legal Technology Association (ELTA) Turkey Chapter, also serves as a lecturer within various institutions and organizations in the field of privacy and data protection law.
